Working with MetroLink
MetroLink will generate contracting opportunities for the construction and infrastructure sectors. The programme will be delivered through a series of large-scale work packages, supported by an extensive network of suppliers, service providers, specialist contractors and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
This approach will open the door for companies of all sizes and capabilities to contribute through major contractors, partnerships or subcontractors across the wider supply chain.
Our goal is to ensure that the benefits of MetroLink foster opportunities of involvement at every level, supporting local enterprise, innovation, and long-term economic growth.
We will engage with suppliers across Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe and globally to ensure the highest standard of quality and expertise are brought to the delivery of MetroLink.
MetroLink provides a real opportunity to build the capacity and capability of the construction sector in Ireland and drive inward investment, supporting a legacy of improved productivity and skills across Ireland.
To this end we will be creating an ‘Opportunity Portal’ to bring transparency to the procurement process. We will require our main contractors to post tenders, opening up opportunities to all businesses registered with us.
